The Technical Secondary Program at Buruuj Technical Secondary School is a four year program open to primary school graduates, providing them with a structured pathway to higher education and career readiness.

The program runs for 36 weeks per year, with students engaging in 30 hours of study per week, totaling 1,080 hours annually. Of this, 720 hours are dedicated to theoretical instruction, while 360 hours focus on hands-on practical training.

The academic schedule follows a rotating structure, with classes held six days a week. Each school day consists of six 50-minute sessions and a 30-minute break. Students spend four days per week in theory-based classes and two days in workshops for practical learning.
